We do not own most of the horses listed on our website.  Unless expressly stated otherwise, you should assume that we are not the seller, and you should assume that we will receive a commission from the seller if the horse is sold.

RELEASE:  You  release Dan and Kelley Keen and Dan Keen Horsemanship and its owners, agents and employees from claims, demands and damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with the sale of a horse listed on our website or in connection with any dispute between the buyer and seller.

NO GUARANTEE:  We do not guarantee the seller’s representations, or any horse’s performance or fitness for a particular purpose. We strongly recommend that a vet-check or pre-purchase exam ALWAYS be performed on any horse being considered for purchase by the buyer’s equine veterinarian of choice.  If your veterinarian is unavailable, at your request we may arrange for a pre-purchase exam  by our veterinarian.  We do not guarantee or warrant the services to be provided by the veterinarian.  We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of content posted on our website or the description of the horses listed for sale.  We are not responsible for typos or accidental errors appearing in advertisements.
