Auditor Fee: Auditing cost is $30.00
per day and may be limited due to seating
availability. This cost does not include
lodging or meals.

Cancellation Policy: Participants
are required to supply a non-refundable
deposit of $250.00 along with a Dan Keen
Horsemanship Clinic Application Package.
Clinic positions are limited and spots fill
fast so please be sure you are committed to
attend when placing your deposit. Final
payment is due the day you arrive for the
clinic. If for some reason you are
unable to attend your selected clinic date,
we will allow you to roll your deposit over
to another clinic date as long as it falls
within twelve (12) months of your first
selected date and we are able to fill
your original position with another
participant.

Price includes
lodging for you and your horse and lunch on
Saturday and Sunday.
We have limited
spots available so please register as soon as
possible.
We have a three
bedroom, two bath guesthouse (the oak house)
that is equipped with a full kitchen. For your
evening meals There are many wonderful
restaurants in round top and surrounding area or
you are welcome to use the oak house facilities.
