At Windy
Knoll Farm, I have been training dressage horses for 30 years.
I’m very familiar with “trainers” that “talk the talk”, but
can’t “walk the walk”.
When I met
Dan, and saw his remarkable gift for communicating [not only]
with “normal” horses, but those “difficult” ones
that are insecure and sensitive…..well, I was enamored with
Dan’s skills instantly.
Many times
the horses my clients send me in training do not have the
fundamentals of basic attention & respect for the rider…..
Making them difficult at best, and dangerous at worst. When I
discovered Dan’s talent in accomplishing a “positive
submissive confidence” in these horses, it solidified the
utmost respect I have for his skills and his knowledge.
